Floriade is a World Horticultural Exposition that has been taking place in the Netherlands roughly every 10 years since 1960 and 2012 it will be taking place in Veno.

Floriade 2012 is the 6^th Exposition to take place.

More than 100 exhibitors will together pay tribute to horticulture. The park consists of five unique worlds with themed zones within each world connected by wooded areas. Worlds in which you will see, feel and experience nature in a constantly changing way.

Each day features a cultural program of music, dance, literature, theatre and visual art from all over the world.  Sustainable and pioneering eye catching architectural exhibits will be shown for the first time at Floriade 2012. Walk along thematic routes together with a guide or enjoy a bird’s eye view of the park from the 30 metre high cable car system, there is so much to see and do.  Floriade 2012 is a spectacular educational voyage of discovery for children too.
