I just wanted to say thank you for arranging the flight back from Rio de Janeiro to London Heathrow for me on Thursday 22 December.

The outbound Job that I was involved with went extremely well, which meant that I had about 36 hours in Rio before I flew home.  I had prepared for the cold weather in Norway (from where we started), where it was minus 10 the morning we departed but when we got to Rio, I really could have done with a baseball cap to prevent my head from burning.  It was about 34 degrees when we landed. 

Great experience, but very tiring.

Just to let you know though that I wasn't overly impressed with Business Class.  The seats were great and I got some sleep, but the food was awful.  Never mind, I was back for Christmas, which was my priority.
